Dit ga je doen
As a Coffee Machine Service Operator, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping coffee, tea and vending machines in top shape. You’ll visit a variety of client locations, from buzzing offices to quiet healthcare centres, and make sure every machine is clean, stocked and ready to serve.
Whether it’s a cappuccino at 08:00 or a cola at 15:00, your work makes someone’s day better. Some operators follow a fixed route with a company vehicle, others are based at one or more client sites. Either way, you’ll work independently and with a smile.
Your tasks include:
- Restocking coffee, tea and snack machines with ingredients and cups;
- Cleaning and maintaining machines to keep them fresh and functional;
- Solving minor technical issues (don’t worry, we’ll train you!);
- Keeping track of stock and usage via tablet;
- Providing friendly service and making sure clients are satisfied.
You don’t need to be an experienced engineer, because full training will be provided. What matters most is that you are service-minded, approachable and enjoy working independently!!
This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day. Standard hours are 07:00 to 15:00, but there may be flexibility to start earlier or later depending on client needs.

Dit krijg je
- A gross monthly salary of €2,349.00 (based on 37.5 hours per week);
- 24 days’ holiday;
- 8.33% holiday allowance;
- Travel and expense allowance (from 10 km);
- Company vehicle for commuting (only for those working fixed routes, not site-based roles);
- Full-time contract with the prospect of a permanent role;
- Comprehensive in-house training on the machines and service process;
- A role with a well-known national brand in the coffee and vending industry.
Dit ben je
- Customer-focused and professional, with strong communication skills;
- Holder of a valid driving licence (B);
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work;
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch, both spoken and written;
- Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
- Living in or near The Hague, or willing to travel there daily.
