Our client is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team at our office in the Netherlands. The Payroll Specialist plays a crucial role within our clients team, particularly for international payroll management in mid-sized companies. How you'll contribute to shaping our future:

  • Demonstrate competence as a contributor during change processes
  • Develop, implement, and uphold best-in-class standards and measurements for lean and efficient operating practices
  • Manage, test, support, and assist in upgrading relevant information systems
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Information Technology Service Teams to identify and implement improvements in payroll processing systems
  • Apply your expertise in payroll and HRMS systems to ensure accurate, timely, and streamlined compensation for Associates
  • Regularly audit files for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve payroll-related issues following guidelines and standard operating procedures

Dit ben je

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional manner
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Experience with controls and working with multiple systems

Preferred qualifications that set you apart:

  • Inter-team project leadership experience, green belt certification
  • Additional language proficiency
  • Certified Payroll Specialist – CPP, FPC, or equivalent international certification
  • Experience with Workday, International providers, and ADP (USA)
