- Set up and adjust machinery for efficient production processes;
- Perform machine changeovers and ensure smooth transitions between product lines;
- Monitor and control the production process to maintain optimal efficiency;
- Supply raw materials and components to keep the production line running smoothly;
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Dit ben je
- A car is mandatory if you dont live in Leiden
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to work in shifts and on weekends
- Basic knowledge of English is sufficient
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and operate machinery
- Proactive attitude and a team player mentality
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands
