As a technical operator, you are responsible for operating, setting up, and changing over modern production machines every day. You closely monitor the production process and take immediate action if you notice any deviations. You work together with colleagues from production, warehouse, and technical service.

Salary between €3,200 and €4,000 gross per month including shift allowance

mbo working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction
Technical insight and interest in machines
Experience in a production environment is an advantage
Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule (06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00)
Good command of the English language, Dutch is a plus
Accurate and responsible work attitude
Certificates such as VCA or forklift are an advantage, you can also obtain these via WerkTalent

You will work for an international manufacturer focused on technological solutions and production in De Meern. The company supplies innovative products to customers worldwide and aims for continuous improvement of processes and quality. The production department consists of a team of about 20 operators, supported by technical service and quality control.
