You are an experienced forklift driver who knows exactly how to expertly place pallets loaded with avocados or mangoes in the right location or load them into the correct trucks!
1 Dit ga je doen
As an experienced forklift driver, you will work for a specialist in the fruit and vegetable (AGF) sector. Operating a forklift, you will use your keen attention to detail to ensure that the right products end up in the right place. If you notice that a fellow forklift driver is busy moving pallets, you will not hesitate to lend a helping hand. Teamwork and collegiality are therefore highly important!
Pallets loaded with mangoes or avocados arrive via shipping containers or trucks, after which the quality is checked immediately. Once approved, you will ensure that the goods are moved and stored correctly.
You will work weekdays from 06:30 to 16:00 (with possible overtime when required) and will also be available to work one Saturday per month. Overtime worked after 38 hours per week is paid at 135% of the regular hourly rate.
For this position, it is important that you can work comfortably in a cool environment of approximately 10°C (50°F). To keep you warm, our client will provide you with a thick work jacket.
