1 Dit ga je doen

As an operator, you’ll be responsible for operating machines in our client’s production environment. You’ll work in a three-shift system, providing variety in your work hours. The production environment is located in several halls, so you’ll be walking quite a bit each day.

Your key responsibilities include:

Operating and monitoring the machines;
Fixing minor issues;
Ensuring the quality of the machines;
Restocking the materials used by the machines.

2 Dit krijg je

A gross monthly salary up to €3000,- (incl. allowances);
A challenging position without specific diploma requirements;
Opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company;
A modern cafeteria with complimentary fruit and coffee;
A friendly team and a positive work environment;
Travel allowance of €0,21 per kilometer;
Initial contract through WerkTalent, with the possibility of a direct contract with the client after 6 months.

3 Dit ben je

No prior experience necessary; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key;
Proficiency in English is required;
Must be physically fit, as the role involves considerable walking;
Being handy and having technical insight is an advantage;
Having your own transport is a must;
Must be open to working in a three-shift schedule.
