As a CNC Wood Operator, you will work with modern woodworking machines within a large family-owned company in Nuenen. You will set up machines, inspect product quality, and work in a 2-shift schedule together with more than 150 colleagues.

Working with wood and machines is the core of this position. As a CNC Wood Operator, you are responsible for processing wood and sheet materials using modern CNC and planer machines.

Your tasks include:

Setting up and operating CNC and planer machines
Reading technical drawings and work orders
Inspecting and measuring products according to quality standards
Performing preventive maintenance on machines
Changing and adjusting tools when needed
Monitoring production output and tolerances
Keeping the workplace and machines clean and organized

You will work in a 2-shift schedule with the following working hours:

06:00 – 15:00
15:00 – 00:00

Starting salary of approximately €3,105 gross per month
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
Overtime allowances
29 vacation days per year
8.33% holiday allowance

Experience in woodworking is a plus
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule
Good command of the Dutch or English language

Experience with forklift operations is a plus
